When we moved, I tracked all of our work using Notion.so. Thousands of people every day use Notion.so to manage a huge variety of projects. Where Notion really stands out is its ability to serve as both a project management tool and also as a knowledge management system. This makes Notion your one-stop-shop for keeping this project on track and also to act as your "second brain" and help you remember all of the new things you'll learn along the way.

What is Notion?

While Notion thrives in a collaborative, team environment, such as at an office, it has tons of personal applications as well. And, thanks to its robust free plan, you can get a lot out of the software without spending a dime.

I've built this Notion database template to help get you started. I've embedded instructions within the template to guide you through setting things up and customizing it for your own use. Many of the tasks in the template are things everyone needs to deal with when they move. But, you are free to add and remove tasks to fit your unique needs.

What if I need help?

This bundle includes both the Notion template for your own Move to Portugal Dashboard and a 30-minute online call over Zoom. We will use this time to review the basic set up, how to create and manage tasks, how to customize the project management features to align to your specific timeline, how to capture and share notes and documents, and how to collaborate. As time allows, I'll be happy to answer any questions as best I can.
